Wet Grit Blasting
typical use of wet blasting will be in areas where dust would cause environmental issues public areas walls car parks bridges ect.
Our wet blasting system combines water and pure natural abrasive media along with compressed air to produce an abrasive clean that simply cleans away surface coatings, easily and efficiently. Working pressures are fully adjustable so we can be as gentle or as aggressive as we need to be depending on the surface that we are cleaning.
the amount of water used is just enough to dampen the abrasive. Typically our 60 litre machine uses no more than 50kg of abrasive per hour.
Our system uses environmentally friendly media, along with clean water and compressed air to remove the problem with very little waste or contamination leaving a thoroughly clean, undamaged surface.
What can it remove?
Marine Antifoul • Rust • Graffiti • Oxidation •Soot • Paint • lime Scale • Tar • Varnish • Biological Contaminations • Chewing Gum • White Lines …and much much more!
What surfaces can it be used on?
• Brick • Stone • Concrete • GRP • Plastic • Wood • Stainless Steel • Mild Steel • Other Metals • Granite • Marble • Limestone • Sandstone
